In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl9797's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jl9797 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the jl9797 Dormant Account Policy.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Where required to do so by a lawful direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jl9797 support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus Balance held at the time of closure will be forfeited.

jl9797 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Players via publication on the jl9797 website and, where material changes are involved, through an in-platform notification or email to the registered address on file.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent Effective Date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current, binding Terms. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jl9797, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jl9797's formal complaints process by contacting the support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may pursue resolution through Philippine dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to online gaming.
